Tomato Avocado Salad
The primary ingredients used in the preparation of this salad include tomato and avocado. Along with vitamins-A, K, C; potassium and phosphorous are also present in tomato. This not only purifies blood but also prevents the diseases related to liver and heart. Avocado has the quality of lessening the weight. It helps in digestion process. The flour materials which are needed by the body are gained by the germinating seeds. As all these contain large no of good qualities, if a salad is consumed which is made up of all these materials then body gets large amounts of energy.
- 1/2 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1 avocado which is cut in the middle and made into two pieces.
- One-fourth cup of germinating seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
Procedure:
- Take a small bowl.
- Mix small pieces of sliced tomato and germinating seeds together in the bowl.
- Add some salt to taste, black pepper, lime juice and vinegar to the above mixture.
- Mix them well.
- Stuff this mixture in the avocado pieces.
- Now Tomato-avocado salad is ready to serve.
