A Healthy Food-Apple salad

The recipe for preparing tasty and healthy Apple Salad is as follows.

Ingredients to be used are:

  • 1 cup of apple pieces
  • 2 table spoon of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup of banana
  • 1/2 cup of watermelon

For garnishing:

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh cream
  • 2 to 3 cherries

Preparation steps are:

  • Cut the apple, banana and watermelon into small pieces.
  • Take all the above fruit pieces into a bowl.
  • Now, add the pomegranate seeds to the above mixture to form a tasty and healthy Apple Salad.
  • Garnish this mixture with fresh cream and cherries to make it even more tastier.

If the pieces are cut into large size then it is possible to have one piece at a time. And if they are cut into small pieces one teaspoon can get different kinds of fruits and tastes delicious. One who is suffering with obesity problem should consume this without cream.
