Mushroom soup

Mushroom soup prepared using mushrooms is a nutritional food as the mushrooms are excellent source of potassium which helps reducing the risk of heart strokes and are rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 20g of mushroom
  • 20ml of milk
  • 10g of cashew nut paste
  • 5g of oil
  • 10g of flour
  • 5g of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili sauce
  • 5g of cream

Procedure:

  • Fry the partially mashed mushrooms, milk and cashew nut paste in a pan.
  • Add oil, butter and some water.
  • Boil this mixture for five minutes.
  • After it gets boiled, add salt, sugar, white pepper and chili sauce to the above mixture.
  • Again heat it for four to five minutes.
  • Finally add the flour and then off the stove.
  • Flour is not to be added as it is.
  • First mix flour and cool water in a cup and then add it to the mixture.
  • Garnish this with cream and then serve the tasty mushroom soup.
