Pineapple Salad:

The healthy and delicious Pineapple Salad is prepared by following below recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pineapple pieces
  • 1-orange
  • 1 cup of watermelon pieces
  • 1-guava

For garnishing:

  • 2 teaspoon of sugarless cream
  • 2 teaspoon of tutti-fruity

Procedure:

  • Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
  • Take out the peel of orange and cut it into small pieces.
  • Cut the pieces of water melon slightly greater than orange and pineapple.
  • Cut the guava too in the same way.
  • Take all these pieces into a bowl and pour some cream on them.
  • Now the tasty pineapple salad is ready to eat.

The Pineapple salad is very good to health as it is made using fruits. A pineapple is rich in vitamin C, calcium, potassium and fiber. It helps in strengthening of bones and is good solution for curing cold and coughs. This pineapple salad is a fiber rich salad and helps in decreasing weight and also controls indigestion problems.
