Vegetable Rolls
Ingredients to prepare Vegetable Rolls include,
- 1 small tomato
- 1 tablespoon of boiled sweet corn of green peas
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon of chopped carrot
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 small boiled potato
- 50g of cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper in required amount
Preparation steps include,
- Mash the boiled potato.
- Except tomato all ingredients are to be mixed well.
- Instead of black pepper, chat masala or garam masala powder can be used.
- This mixture is made into rolls with the help of aluminum foil or cloth and kept in the refrigerator for overall night.
- In the morning, remove the foil and add the bread powder.
- Fry the mixture in a pan.
- This can be served as cutlet or bread sandwich.
- When eating as cutlet, make use of butter milk or curd so that it prevents acidity.
- Garnish it with tomatoes.
