Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients to prepare Vegetable Rolls include,

  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of boiled sweet corn of green peas
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped carrot
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 small boiled potato
  • 50g of cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper in required amount

Preparation steps include,

  • Mash the boiled potato.
  • Except tomato all ingredients are to be mixed well.
  • Instead of black pepper, chat masala or garam masala powder can be used.
  • This mixture is made into rolls with the help of aluminum foil or cloth and kept in the refrigerator for overall night.
  • In the morning, remove the foil and add the bread powder.
  • Fry the mixture in a pan.
  • This can be served as cutlet or bread sandwich.
  • When eating as cutlet, make use of butter milk or curd so that it prevents acidity.
  • Garnish it with tomatoes.
