Banana Salad

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup of chopped mind leaves
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt

Following steps are to be followed to prepare this salad
- Firstly chop the bananas and place those in a bowl.
- Now sprinkle lemon juice on the chopped bananas and toss gently.
- Place the chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients to it along with the bananas to the chopped tomatoes.
- Lastly garnish with the remaining coriander or mint leaves and chill it if you desire.
- Now serve tasty and cool banana salad as it is or with a toast if you desire.
