Banana Sweet, a Delicious Indian Recipe
Banana, a healthy fruit is eaten as it is by us. But most of the children hesitate to eat it as they don’t like it. But parents force them to eat bananas as it is very good to health and helps to maintain ideal weight. Instead of forcing them, it’s better to prepare a tasty recipe using bananas as primary ingredient so that children may like and eat them by which indirectly they get the great benefits of bananas. Try out this delicious and yummy banana sweet recipe which will be liked by all of us including children.

The ingredients required are as follows:
- 1 fresh ripened banana
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup sugar powder
- Oil
- Water
Preparation steps include:
- Add butter, sugar and water to all purpose flour and mix well to form smooth dough.
- Peel the skin of banana and cut into small and thin slices.
- Make small balls using the dough. Flatten it and place a slice of banana in it and close properly.
- Heat the pan containing the oil. Deep fry the above banana balls till they become brown.
- Place them on the tissue so that extra oil can be absorbed.
- Serve this banana sweet while it is hot so that it tastes great.
