Cool Cucumber Salad

The healthy cool cucumber salad is prepared using the following ingredients.

  • 1 thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 boiled egg which is sliced
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 thinly sliced radish
  • 1/2 cup peas which are boiled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation steps
  • Mix cucumber, radish and onion together in a bowl.
  • Now add eggs, peas, buttermilk and lemon juice to the above mixture.
  • Add salt and pepper to it.
  • Chill it for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, serve this cool cucumber salad by garnishing it with tomato and lettuce leaves if you like.
