Coriander Refreshing Drink

Coriander Juice:
The ingredients required to prepare Coriander refreshing drink includes the following.

  • 1 cup coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1/4 cup cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 pieces dry ginger

Preparation steps include the following:

  • Fry pepper, cumin seeds and dry ginger in a pan.
  • Add coriander powder to the above mixture and again fry them.
  • Make the powder of the above fried ingredients and place in a container.
  • Boil jaggery and water. Mix the above powder to it and cool it for 5 to 10 minutes. Then filter it and pour it in to a glass.
  • Now healthy refreshing drink is ready to serve. If you like serve it with milk which also tastes good.
