Cucumber salad is best salad to be chosen mostly during summers as it is rich in water content, natural salts and vitamins which helps you to keep away from heat and other summer related problems.   • 4 cups of peeled and sliced cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed

Preparation Steps

  • Take the cucumber pieces in a bowl and add sliced onions to it.
  • Add salt to the above mixture and mix well.
  • Add sugar and vinegar to it and mix well so that sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Now cucumber salad is ready. Always freeze the cucumber salad for 15-20 minutes and then serve it.

It’s better not to peel the cucumber, as the peel is the source of powerful and fresh anti-oxidants.
