Soya Nuggets Cutlet:

The soya nuggets cutlet is easy to prepare and takes less time to cook. The ingredients that are needed to cook it include the following.

  • 1 1/2 cup soya nuggets
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or semolina
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 3 green chilies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Preparation steps for cooking cutlets are as follows:

  • Boil water and add salt to it. Then add soya nuggets and cook well.
  • After soya nuggets are cooked, drain the water and dry them.
  • Place soya nuggets, rice, onion, coriander, salt and chilies in a blender and grind them to form a paste which is like dough.
  • Take a small portion of the above dough and shape it in the form of cutlet.
  • Place the bread crumbs on the cutlet or coat cutlets with semolina and fry on both sides till crispy.
  • Remove them from the oil and place on the tissue to absorb excess oil.
  • Now hot soya nuggets cutlet is ready to serve. Serve with tomato sauce or any other chutney of your own choice.
