Mango Salad
The primary ingredient used to prepare this mango salad is the mango which is the fruit liked by almost all the people especially children like it a lot. Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- Salt

Preparation steps
- First cut the mango into small cubes.
- Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and chili flakes together in a sauce pan and boil for just 1 minute.
- After 1 minute allow it to cool for sometime.
- Now pour the above mixture on the mango pieces.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and peanuts.
- Yummy mango salad is now ready to eat.
