Tasty Bean Salad
The tasty and healthy bean salad is prepared using the following ingredients.
- 2 cups canned green beans
- 1 cup canned kidney beans
- 2 cups canned butter beans
- 1 cup canned yellow beans
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup cooked corn seeds
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup celery which are chopped
- 1/4 cup green peppers
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Steps to be followed for preparing bean salad are as follows.
- At first all the cans of beans are drained. Then add them to the bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, pepper and celery to the beans and stir well.
- Add the oil in a saucepan and add vinegar, sugar, corn seeds and celery seed to it and bring it to boil.
- Add the above mixture to the bean mixture and stir well.
- Now healthy four bean salad is ready to serve.
This bean salad is healthy food item as the four beans used to prepare it are rich in fiber content and contains healthy nutrients. The beans are good sources of proteins. The bean salad when consumed regularly can prevent the risk of diabetes, cancer, obesity and many heart diseases especially heart strokes. Beans contain large amounts of anti-oxidants which protects the body from free radicals that damages the body and leads to illnesses. It is advised to eat bean salad regularly as it is tasty and nutritional food item and make a habit of adding beans as ingredients in preparing your food items.
