Aloo-Paneer Delicious Cutlet Recipe

The famous Indian snack recipe is the Aloo-Paneer cutlet which tastes great.

This is the kids friendly snack item. The recipe for cooking this cutlet is as follows.

Ingredients to be used to cook the cutlet includes,

  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 300 grams grated paneer
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt for taste

Follow the below steps to cook Aloo-Paneer cutlet:

  • Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash them finely.
  • Paneer, chili powder, flour and salt should be added to the above mashed potatoes and mixed well to form a mixture like dough.
  • Take small portion of the above mixture and shape it into small balls or into the shape which you like.
  • Now fry them in the pan containing the oil till they become golden brown and crispy.
  • Place the cutlets on the tissue so that the oil can be absorbed.
  • Serve the aloo-paneer cutlet while it is hot with some sauce as they tastes great.
