A Healthy Recipe-Grape Apple Salad
The recipe for preparing the healthy salad using the healthy and divine fruit, apple is as follows.
The ingredients that are required to prepare the grape apple salad include the following.
- 1 cup deseeded and halved red grapes
- 3 cups apple juice
- 2 1/2 cups diced apple
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup celery which is chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
Follow the below procedure to prepare grape apple salad:
- Soften the gelatin in water for 5-10 minutes.
- Now heat the gelatin in a pan and stir well till gelatin gets dissolved.
- Add the apple juice to the dissolved gelatin to form a mixture.
- Cool the mixture till it becomes thick.
- Add deseeded grapes, chopped apple and pineapple to the mixture and stir well.
- Then again chill the mixture for sometime.
- Healthy and chilled grape apple salad is now ready to eat.
