Low Fat Yummy Apple Halwa

Apple Halwa is prepared using the following ingredients.

  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 tablespoon maida
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Cashews for garnishing
  • Almonds for garnishing

Follow the below procedure to cook the delicious sweet, Apple Halwa.

  • Take the apples and peel them.
  • Cut them into small pieces.
  • Add the apple pieces to the milk and boil them until it becomes thick.
  • Now add ghee and maida to it and cook for few minutes to form a thick mixture.
  • Till then fry wheat flour in a pan containing ghee.
  • Add fried wheat flour in the above apple mixture and stir well.
  • Garnish it with cashews and almonds.
  • Yummy sweet, Apple Halwa is now ready to eat.
