Mixed Fruit and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients include the following:
- 1 apple
- 1 pomegranate
- 6 dates
- 10 raisins
- 1/4 cup kismis
- 20 cashew nuts
- 50 grams carrot
- 50 grams cabbage
- 50 grams beetroot
- 1 capsicum
- 50 grams onion
- 50 grams tomato
- 50 grams cucumber
- 1/4 cup curd
- Pepper

Procedure to prepare this salad is as follows.
- Chop all the vegetables and place them in a bowl.
- Chop apple and add pomegranate seeds to it and place them in a bowl.
- Mix all the chopped vegetables and the above apple and pomegranate seeds mixture in other bowl.
- Add curd to it and mix well.
- Then add chopped raisins, dates and kismis to it.
- Add cashew nuts to the above mixture.
- Add pepper powder to it and mix well.
- Mixed fruit and vegetable salad is now ready to eat which is very good to the growth of children.
