Tasty and Spicy Snack Recipe-Lemon Corn
Lemon corn is one of the favorite snack item for every one including children. It is tasty food item and can be prepared within 2 minutes using minimum number of home healthy and fresh ingredients which includes the following.
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt
- Oil
Steps to be followed to prepare the snack, Lemon corn are as follows:
- Take a sauce pan and add oil to it for frying.
- Fry the fresh corn kernels in the pan containing oil till the corn kernels becomes light brown in color.
- Add chili powder, lemon juice and salt to it and sauté properly.
- Cook it for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes off the stove.
- Lemon corn is now ready to serve.
- Serve it hot as the lemon corn tastes great.
