A Tasty Snack-Cauliflower 65
One of the tasty snack item which the children enjoy eating is the Cauliflower 65. The cauliflower 65 is prepared using fresh home ingredients. So eating this food item will not cause any problem to health. Cauliflower 65 made with cauliflower as primary ingredient is rich in vitamin C which act as an antioxidant and folate which helps in preventing anemia. So to get the healthy benefits out of the cauliflower 65, try out this recipe by following the below procedure. Ingredients required to cook it includes,
- 250 grams cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry

Preparation steps to cook cauliflower 65 includes,
- Mix 1 tablespoon of salt in hot water. Now soak cauliflower florets in that water for more than 30 minutes.
- Drain all the water and place the florets in a bowl.
- Mix well all the ingredients with the cauliflower florets.
- Now fry the florets in the pan containing oil till brown and place them on the tissue so the oil can be absorbed.
- Cauliflower 65 is now ready to serve. Serve the snack with sauce.
