- 1 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 5 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped paneer
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup maida
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 5 green chilies
- 3 tablespoons coriander
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt
Preparation steps to cook potato-corn balls include the following:
- Take a pan and melt the butter in it.
- For about 1 minute, seethe the flour in the butter.
- Add milk to it and stir well. Cook until the mixture becomes thick.
- Add corn, finely chopped potatoes, cheese, chopped paneer, green chilies and coriander to the above thick mixture and mix well.
- Now add salt to it.
- Make small balls out of the mixture and keep aside.
- Make the flour paste by thoroughly mixing 1 1/2 cup of water and flour.
- Now dip the small balls which are kept aside in flour paste and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the balls in oil till they become light brown in color.
- Place the balls on a tissue so that extra oil can be absorbed.
- Serve these potato-corn balls along with tomato sauce which tastes great.
Easy made Chana Chaat Snack Recipe
Delicious chana chaat snack item can be prepared easily and quickly within not more than 5 minutes. This snack is not only yummy and delicious but also a nutritional food item. The ingredients needed to prepare the chana chaat include the following.
- 3 cups chana
- 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 1/2 cup paneer cubes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Follow the below procedure to prepare chana chaat snack recipe:
- Soak the chana in sufficient water for about 1 hour.
- After an hour, drain the water, place the chana in a bowl and keep aside.
- Add paneer cubes, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato and chopped onions to the bowl containing the chana and mix well.
- Add chaat masala to the above mixture and mix well.
- Now add tomato sauce to it and mix well.
- Garnish the above mix with coriander leaves.
- Serve the delicious chana chaat by adding the lemon juice to it if you desire.

Spicy Vegetable Corn Soup
Vegetable corn soup is not only tasty and yummy but also healthy food item. It is cooked using the following ingredients.
- 1 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon green chili sauce
- 1/4 tablespoon sugar
- Salt to taste

Procedure to be followed to cook spicy vegetable corn soup is as follows:
- Pressure cook the corn kernels till they become tender.
- Mix corn flour and 1/2 cup water together in a bowl and keep aside.
- Take tender corn kernels in a pan and add chopped carrot, cabbage, onion, salt, chili sauce, sugar and water to it and mix well.
- Cook it for about 10-15 minutes. Now add the corn flour paste which is kept aside to it and stir well continuously until the soup becomes thick.
- Add soya sauce to it and off the stove.
- Spicy vegetable corn soup is now ready to serve. Always serve it hot with more chili sauce.
