Yummy Vegetable Garlic Soup
Vegetable garlic soup can be cooked within 15 minutes and is also easy to prepare. The ingredients required for cooking it include the following.
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped baby corn
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Follow the below steps to cook vegetable garlic soup:
- Take a pan and heat the oil in it.
- Add garlic and onions to it and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Now mix all the vegetables in a bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of the mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and 2 1/2 cups of water.
- Allow the mixture to cook till the entire vegetables become tender.
- Now add the quick cooking oats to it and boil it for 5minutes and then off the stove.
- Garnish the hot yummy soup with finely chopped coriander. Serve the vegetable garlic soup while hot to enjoy the great taste of it.
