Smooth Vegetable Cheese Soup

The ingredients needed to prepare the healthy and tasty vegetable cheese soup are as follows.

  • 1 cup diced potato
  • 1 cup diced carrot
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup diced celery stick
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 150 ml skimmed milk
  • 100 grams low fat grated cheese

Follow the below procedure to prepare smooth vegetable cheese soup:

  • Take a saucepan and add diced potato, carrot, onion, celery stick, vegetable stock and herbs to it. Cook them for 15 minutes till the vegetables become soft.
  • Blend the above mix in a food processor and return the blended mix to the pan.
  • Add milk and cheese to the above mix and heat until the cheese melts.
  • Off the stove and take the soup in a bowl.
  • Tasty vegetable cheese soup is now ready to serve. Always serve the soup while it is hot to enjoy the real taste of it.
