Banana Dragon fruit juice prepared using the banana and dragon fruit helps to maintain good health. This juice is rich in vitamin C, iron and dietary fiber. High blood pressure can be reduced and even the cholesterol levels can be lowered by which chances of heart strokes can also be reduced. Drinking a cup of this juice everyday helps to maintain good eye sight. Depression can also be reduced. The ingredients needed to prepare this healthy fruit juice are as follows.

  • 1 stick of banana
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 250ml homemade yogurt

Follow the below procedure to prepare banana dragon juice

  • Peel the skin of banana, cut it into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl.
  • Now peel off the skin of dragon fruit and chop it into small pieces.
  • Blend banana and dragon fruit pieces in a blender by adding yogurt.
  • Pour the juice in a glass and banana dragon fruit juice is now ready to serve.
