Mushroom Toast South Indian recipe
The ingredients required to prepare the delicious South Indian breakfast recipe are as follows.
- 200 grams mushroom
- 5 slices of bread
- 1 cup of finely chopped tomato
- 1 cup of finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup of coriander leaves
- 100 grams cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
- 1 cup of curd
- 1 tablespoon of red chilly powder
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt

Follow below procedure to prepare the tasty mushroom toast:
- Take the bread toaster and cook the bread slices in it.
- Grate the cottage cheese.
- Fry the chopped mushroom, capsicum, tomatoes and coriander leaves in a pan containing the butter.
- Add the cheese, curd, chilly powder and salt to the above mixture. Cook it until water dries up by stirring continuously.
- Now off the stove.
- Place this mixture in between two slices of bread and garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve them hot to enjoy its real taste.
