Easy made Baby Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

Following are the ingredients required to prepare healthy and tasty baby spinach salad.

  • 2 cups of finely chopped baby spinach
  • 2 cups of sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 tablespoon of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar
  • 1/4 pound of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Baby spinach salad can be easily prepared by following the below steps.
  • Take a plate and place spinach and tomatoes in alternative layers.
  • Now add basil leaves on the top of above mixture.
  • Then add cheese and oregano.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and dress the mixture with olive oil and vinegar.
  • Baby spinach salad is now ready to eat.

    Hi . I was looking for a good spinach salad recipe that was easy to make. This one looks delicious and I plan to try this later on next week. I am trying to get back to eating healthy again.
