Natural and Healthy Bottle-Gourd juice

Ingredients

The bottle-gourd juice can be prepared by using the following ingredients.

  • 500 grams bottle-gourd
  • 11/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 2 twigs coriander leaves
  • 4 drops lime juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Procedure

Follow the below procedure step by step to prepare bottle-gourd juice.

  • First wash the bottle-gourd with some water and then peel out the skin of it.
  • Now chop the bottle-gourd into small pieces.
  • Mix the chopped bottle-gourd pieces with the cumin seeds.
  • Add coriander leaves, salt and little water.
  • Grind the above mixture in a blender or juice maker until the entire mixture turns into juice.
  • Now filter it and add pepper and lime juice to it.
  • Natural homemade bottle-gourd juice is now ready to drink.
