Bread rolls prepared using bread as the primary ingredient can be eaten either as a breakfast or as an evening snack item which is the food mostly liked by the children. The ingredients used to prepare it are as follows.
- 4-5 bread slices
- 1 cup boiled milk
- 1 cup peeled, boiled and mashed potato mix
- 4 green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Follow the below steps to prepare yummy bread rolls:

- Dip the bread slices one after the other in the milk. Then press them slightly with the palms to remove excess milk and keep aside. This is done to make the bread soft. Instead of milk, water can also be used.
- Now mix the mashed potato mix, green chilies, salt and chopped coriander leaves together in a bowl.
- Place the above mix at the center of each bread slice and roll the sides of the bread so that the mixture present at the center can be covered completely and forms rolls.
- Refrigerate the rolls for 30 minutes.
- Deep fry these rolls in the heated oil.
- Remove them from oil when they become light brown in color and place them on tissue to remove the excess oil.
- Serve these hot and yummy bread rolls either with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
North Indian Yummy Recipe-Gobi Manchuria
The yummy Gobi Manchuria is prepared using the following ingredients.
- 200 grams cauliflower florets
- 4 tablespoons corn flour
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
- 2 red chilies
- 1 cup water
- Oil
Follow the below steps in order to prepare Gobi Manchuria:

- Take florets in a bowl. Add water and milk to it and boil them for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water. Place the boiled florets in a bowl and keep aside.
- Mix plain flour and corn flour in another bowl. Add water to it so that a thin batter if formed out of it.
- Now add 1/4 tablespoon each of ginger and garlic, chili powder and salt to it and mix well.
- Dip each floret in the batter prepared earlier and deep fry them in oil till they become light brown in color.
- In the remaining oil which is left out after frying florets, add chopped red chilies, garlic and ginger. Fry them for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped onions and salt to it.
- Add water to it and stir well.
- Add the mix of corn flour and water paste to it and stir well.
- Boil the mixture until total water gets absorbed that is the entire gravy becomes transparent.
- Now add the florets and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Hot and yummy Gobi Manchuria is now ready to serve. Serve it along with noodles.
Nutritious and Delicious Banana Cutlet
Banana cutlet prepared using banana and potato as primary ingredients, is nutritious as well as delicious snack item which can easily be prepared in not more than 30 minutes. It is one of the yummy Indian recipes whose recipe is as follows.
Ingredients required to prepare banana cutlet are as follows:
- 4 raw bananas
- 2 potatoes
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mango powder
- 5 finely chopped green chilies
- Oil
- Salt

Procedure to prepare banana cutlet include the following steps:
- Firstly peel off potatoes and bananas.
- Pressure cook the peeled potatoes and bananas on low flame for about 5 minutes.
- Take out the steamed bananas and potatoes from the pressure cooker and smash them.
- Keep the smashed mix in a bowl. Add salt, chopped green chilies and mango powder to the above mix and mix well.
- Apply some oil to both the palms. Take some portion of the mixture and roll it on the palms. Then press the roll to make it into the normal cutlet shape.
- Now roll the prepared cutlets in the bread crumbs.
- Take the oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil gets heated up, fry the prepared cutlets till they become golden brown.
- Place the cutlets on the tissue and serve the hot banana cutlets either with tomato sauce or with mint sauce.

- 1 cup corn flour

- Coriander leaves

- Mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste and little water together in a bowl to make batter.
- Fry the paneer pieces in the oil by after dipping them in the above prepared batter. Fry them until they become golden brown in color.
- Take another pan and add oil to it. Add the chopped garlic cloves to it and fry them.
- Now add green chilies to it and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add fried paneer pieces, chopped onions, soya sauce and water to the above mix. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix corn flour and water together. Add this paste to the above paneer pieces and mix well.
- Lastly, add salt and coriander leaves. After 1 minute, off the stove.
- Spicy and yummy paneer Manchuria is now ready to serve. Serve hot along with tomato ketchup.

- 1 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 5 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped paneer

- 3 cups chana
- 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
