Kids Breakfast-2
In order to have proper growth or to keep children healthy, they need to be given all types of proper and healthy diet. At the same time the food given to them should be digested easily. Let’s see the healthy breakfast item recipe.
- 1 cup of Bambino vermicelli
- Water as per required
- 1 cup of sliced potato and carrot
- 1 teaspoon of ground nut or almond powder
- 1 teaspoon of ghee
- Salt to taste
- 1 green chili

- Heat some ghee in a pan and add some mustard seeds.
- If needed have one green chili without cutting it.
- Add potatoes, carrots and one teaspoon of almond or ground nut powder to it.
- Stir it well.
- Add some water to it and some salt to taste.
- Add the vermicelli to the boiling water and remove the chili from the mixture.
- If you are interested in making this mixture sweet then add cardamom powder instead of potatoes.
- Finally add sugar, honey, date syrup which makes it delicious for children.
NOTE:
During morning hours, if chillies are used as ingredient in preparing the breakfast then it may lead to acidity problems. So, it is better to avoid them.

The breakfast which is given to the children before going to school should be such that it helps in giving energy for their growth as well as for doing the work perfectly for the rest of the day.
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoon of corn flakes
- 2 to 3 soaked almonds
- One small cup of fruit pieces (banana, apple depending upon season)
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of date juice
Preparation steps:
- Take one cup of corn flakes and add date syrup and boiled milk to it.
- In four to five minutes the corn flakes gets soaked.
- After eating the above corn flakes, children are given the fruit pieces and in between they are asked to eat the soaked almonds.
- This not only gives the needed diet but also provide the desired taste.

- Corn flakes- oats, barley
- Almond-walnut
- Milk-soya milk, flavored milk
- Fruits can be mixed with milk and can be served as milk shake.
- Date syrup-honey, sugar
